As a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Manager in a growing manufacturer of fiberglass RVs and swimming pools, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of various facets of the company. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall administrative functions, managing day-to-day operations, and coordinating between different departments to enhance productivity and efficiency. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, including overseeing administrative staff, implementing policies and procedures, and providing support to the executive team.

Some of the specific tasks include:
**Production**
- Manage all production documentation including:

- Processing timesheets in company ERP system.
- Assist with the creation of Work Instructions.
- Assist with the creation of production docs and checklists.
- Collect and document various production & quality docs to ensure compliance.

**Customer Relations / Marketing**
- Collect and distribute incoming mail.
- Assisting with website updates and Social media strategy.

**Business Development**
- Document and track incoming sales requests, follow-up with various parties as required.
- Respond to customers with information and updates with assistance of GM and others.
- Research prospective dealers.
- Assist with support of dealers and direct customers.
- Ensure follow-up by others when necessary.

**HR**
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding for all departments.
- Track and monitoring employee attendance.
- Supporting our Health & Safety program and initiative.
- Processing vacation requests and monitoring annual vacation allotments.
- Coordinating administrative functions of the company to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

**Accounting/Procurement**
- Prepare purchase orders for approval.
- Receive goods in ERP system.
- Enter invoices in Accounting system.
- Maintain VIN, NVIS and CSA databases and produce requisite documents.

**Other daily administrative tasks as required.**

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Experience with ERP softwares would be an asset.
- Sound knowledge of administrative processes, HR practices, and financial management principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address day-to-day challenges effectively.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative.

Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 2pm

**Salary**: $24.39-$32.91 per hour
