Groups and Events Coordinator

**Job Description**:

- Book events for schools and other small groups (drafting contracts).
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports for each booking and consistent, excellent communication with theatres on amendments as necessary.
- Maintain timely sales reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Film Team and Events Cinema for second run films, special requests and alternative programming.
- Assist sales team with other administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
- Customer Service (in person or on phone) - 2-4 Years
- Theatre Experience - 1-3 Years
- Managing clients - 2-4 years
- Strong customer service, verbal and communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word)
- Proficient with CRM program(s)
- Attention to detail combined
- Listening skills and emotional intelligence to resolve issues with clients and theatres
