**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Define and adapt load optimization strategies for all dealer deliveries, taking into account product availability, priorities, geography, capacity constraints, events, seasonality and financial targets.

Troubleshoot and advise on load creation and modifications as necessary.

Coordinate communication on shipment volumes, business strategies and financial requirements to the team.

Facilitate roundtable discussions with multi-disciplinary team; raising important key points and potential issues affecting daily workload and financial impacts.

Create and maintain key performance dashboards to measure not only team performance, but also the overall factors the team needs to work with to achieve objectives.

Create a team of excellence through employee recruitment, cross-functional training and personal development.

Manage team member absences with contingency plans.
