**About the role**

We are looking for a **Unit Manager, Sales **for our growing team in our Sherbrooke office

**What you’ll do here**:

- Lead, coordinate and supervise the activities of the team by organizing, planning, and monitoring the optimal use of resources in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Manage the performance of team's employees according to company policies, ensuring continuous training and compliance with customer experience standards of the customer service centre.
- Manage the quality of phone service by ensuring cost and productivity control according to the objectives of the customer service centre.
- Ensure the quality of service offered to customers by regularly supervising team members according to standards in order to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the customer service centre.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, make change and recommend improvements on the quality of the service offered, the operations of the service centre, or the risk management in order to achieve the company objectives.
- Participate in projects, committees, and task forces to assist in the implementation of action plans.

**What you bring to the table**:

- 3+ years leadership experience in a contact center environment
- Bilingual (French and English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
- Accident & Sickness and/or General Insurance License (an asset)
- Knowledge of travel insurance products and systems
- Proven experience driving high levels of employee engagement through execution of personal action plans, team engagement and involvement.
- Experience in monitoring, reporting, and delivering key performance metrics.
- Be a positive, inspiring, and present leader on the floor.
- Provide structure and display strong time management skills.
- A proven change agent
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret results.
