**Join Our Client's Team as a Billing and Collections Manager**
Are you an experienced finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our dynamic law firm is seeking a motivated Billing and Collections Manager to join our finance team. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for managing the firm's billing and accounts receivable processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team responsible for billing and collections, ensuring timely processing of bills and payments
- Oversee the firm's collections processes and procedures, monitoring non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Handle client issues regarding outstanding accounts, account disputes, and billing discrepancies
- Prepare records and overdue notices, and follow up on missing or delayed payments
- Review aged and uncollectible balances, working with partners on action plans and provisions as needed
- Develop KPI reporting and other reporting tools to analyze trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide direct oversight of a team of billing and collections professionals, including setting professional development goals and providing ongoing feedback
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient billing processes and timely collections
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5+ years of billing, Accounts Receivable, and/or accounting experience
- Prior management experience is required
- Experience in a law firm setting is mandatory
- Experience using 3E financial system is preferred
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and legal accounting third-party e-billing software and financial software such as TyMetrix, Collaborati, Serengeti, DataCert
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting AR/WIP/Billing functions and processes
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and drive results
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
