Well established for more than a decade, the OTT Management Associate Program aims to cultivate future leaders who share a passion for excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong moral principles. Participants who successfully go through the entire selection and training process are expected to be equipped with the necessary skills and experience to achieve their own career growth and make meaningful contributions to OTT. Participants will also have the chance to work closely with richly experienced professionals to put learning into practice of high standards.

**Job Description**:

- Through the selected training program, participants will have the opportunity to get industry experts' guidance and mentoring to discover your potential and identify a role that best matches your strengths and interests.
- Upon successful completion of the training, there will be opportunities to officially launch your career in your preferred and/or most competent field at OTT, especially in trading, operations and settlement.
- Meet a group of energetic colleagues who think big and aim high - you will never fight alone

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics **(preferred)**, Computer Science, and Finance.
- 1-2 years of work experience in the related field; or if you are this year's **new graduate**, you are also welcome
- Strong self-motivation with a genuine interest in business management.
- Capacity to work without Supervision and under pressure.
- Ability to work well in teams and independently.
- Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
