Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited, Brokerage, is Toronto’s premier luxury real estate brokerage. We are looking for a talented Integrated Marketing Manager, to join our team.

As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you are an integral part of the team where you will be overseeing the Marketing Services Team and the Digital Marketing Team and providing consultations on integrated marketing strategies to Chestnut Park Realtors as they look for ways to build their business.

Working with the digital team, the team will be responsible for the creation, strategic execution, management, and monitoring of digital campaigns developed to increase awareness of the Chestnut Park brand and its unique offerings to Realtors and Consumers in the luxury residential real estate space.

Working with the Marketing Services team, you will be responsible for building and directing the team on Corporate Marketing magazine ads, billboards, Globe & Mail newspaper, Toronto Life, and a variety of marketing campaigns.

This role manages a team of 5 marketers including a Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Coordinators, Social Media Coordinator, Marketing Specialist and Advertising Coordinator.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with marketing teams on integrated marketing strategies to produce sales and promotional materials for brokers and sales agents.
- Use agile methodologies to ensure that timelines are scheduled and updated.
- Plan, manage and execute projects related to marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide marketing plan and strategy consultations with our sales representatives
- Provide detailed digital marketing strategies and plans for execution, monitor brand reputation and sentiment, collect and interpret analytics to optimize marketing efforts, prepare reports for senior management and agents, assist in and direct the development of content creation programs, source and evaluate new technology, monitor corporate social media and ensure that the Chestnut Park story is communicated effectively
- Monitor effective benchmarks and KPIs for measuring the impact of social media, content marketing to analyze, interpret, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
- Work collaboratively with the social media team to develop initiatives to grow our digital and social media presence through internal and external programs and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ie. planning, scheduling, analyzing and communicating with digital and marketing team, sales representatives and leadership team
- Lead, mentor and educate current digital marketing and marketing services team as a coach, including critiquing projects, provide constructive feedback and effective strategies to ensure smooth execution and exceptional results
- Develop team momentum through being a great team leader, promoting and sharing leading practices with your team
- Monitor, analyze and maximize SEO and web traffic metrics
- Ensure online content supports SEO goals, our industry brand standards, guidelines and legal and compliance requirements.
- Understanding digital trends and platforms: suggest brand opportunities in relation to those trends and how we could leverage them
- Create and implement digital marketing training sessions.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Integrated Marketing Manager or Senior Manager in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with project management theory and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience developing and overseeing integrated online marketing campaigns, handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective communities, and best practices for engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc)
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization, keyword research, Google My Business; Google Analytics
- Strong project leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Superior proofreading and copywriting skills
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- Strong computer skills including Adobe Pro software and Microsoft Office
- Superb attention to detail
