Mansil cleaning service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CEO to lead our cleaning company into the future. As the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in shaping the company culture, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the company is meeting its goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the company, including setting goals and targets, and ensuring the company is on track to meet them.
- Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including financial management, marketing, sales, customer service, and human resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, suppliers, and partners.
- Develop and implement programs to improve operational efficiency and increase profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build the company's reputation as a leader in the cleaning industry.
- Provide leadership and direction to the company's employees, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in growing a company.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong sense of integrity and the ability to make difficult decisions in the best interests of the company.
- A passion for the cleaning industry, and a commitment to providing high-quality services to customers.
