Your main role at Elite Image is providing sales support to the account managers and creating an exceptional customer service experience.

This position will be a combination of customer service, project coordination and administrative tasks.

We are searching for a motivated, organized, self-starter with a positive attitude to join our growing team.

Account Manager Support:

- New client account creations
- Assisting with quote requests
- Provide daily support to account manager on various sales and project administrative tasks
- Update and maintain accurate contact/account data in our project management software

Project Assistant:

- Investigate order related issues
- Assist with project workflow and ensure all timelines are being met including proof coordination, design/print file sourcing, quality control and client communication
- Assist walk in customers
- Review online work board and assist in the processing of customer orders in an efficient, accurate manner.
- Manage communication with customers through digital, phone and in person
- Create an exceptional customer experience especially when managing customer requests, projects and timelines
- Act as a liaison between clients and our production team to ensure all projects are completed smoothly from quote to delivery
- Manage client approval for quotes and proofs before proceeding to production

Required skills:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably inside sales/customer management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Customer-service focused and takes pride in making customers happy
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritize tasks/projects in a dynamic environment
- Print industry experience (preferred)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 9 am to 5 pm

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
