ILM facilities are dedicated to the provision of safe, well-managed childcare services for children that are provided by full and part-time, qualified staff. ILM's goal is to stimulate emotional growth, independent growth, intellectual growth, physical growth, and social growth amongst its charges. We follow curriculum based programs exposing children to age appropriate developmental practice.

**Position Overview**: As an Executive Assistant at Inquiring Little Minds, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives, manage daily activities, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Calendar Management**: Organize and maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- **Document Management**: Draft, review, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized records and files.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing research and coordination support.
- **Event Planning**: Coordinate and organize company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- **Education**: Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Google Suite, and familiarity with project management and communication tools.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Discretion**: High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Our Administrative Assistant will have the following qualifications:

- Proficient computer skills, eg Google Suite
- Possesses phone ettiquette
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills
- Reliable and punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.23 per hour
