Hamilton, Canada Collective Arts Brewing Full time

collaborative Supply Chain Team at Collective Arts this summer.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Coordinating logistics for internal movements between Collective Arts and our sister company Collective Project locations, including samples, inbound raw materials and packaging
- Data entry including order processing and/or invoicing, creating shipping paperwork
- Assisting with month end inventory processes
- Regularly supporting data clean up in our ERP (Encompass) and Shopify
- Manage customer deductions and claims related to logistics, ensuring timely resolution and tracking of all deductions, including proactively identifying trends or patterns in deductions
- Maintenance of product information data in sales databases

**How your time will be organized**:

- **Assist Inventory team 35%**: support the inventory team by investigating initial variances at month end, converting SKUs in Encompass or other digital inventory movements as needed
- **Assist Logistics team _30%_**: Support the Logistics team by scheduling carriers for Logistics Support Requests and Inventory Movement Requests, ensuring orders arrive FOOT, and appropriate documentation is provided to customers and 3PLs for traceability
- **Customs and Brokerage management _5%_**: Coordinate with In-bound and Out-bound customs brokers on all cross-border shipments.
- **Item data management 30%**: product information, database upkeep, new item creation

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Business or Supply Chain post secondary program
- 1-2 years in a high-performance organization and/or in a manufacturing and/or warehouse work environment is an asset
- Familiarity with accounting programs and/or warehouse management programs is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

**Bonus points if you**:

- Have worked in a scaling start-up or growing small-business environment
- Have knowledge of the Brewing Industry
- Love talking about beer and interacting with people
