- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a culture of safety throughout the organization
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations

- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Excellent problem-solving skills to investigate accidents and incidents
- Strong communication skills to effectively train employees and collaborate with management
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in fabricating safety equipment or structures is a plus

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
