**Job Overview**
The Food Safety Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the FSF team with food safety documentation support. Due to an increase of client demand the FS coordinator will assist

FSF consultants in ensure projects are completed in a timely manner

**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Provide management consulting representation on special projects as determined by FSF Inc.
- Writing and developing food safety documents (including but not limited: HACCP Plans,SOPs, Sanitation Manuals, PRPs, GFSI schemes)
- Research food safety schemes, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in Food Safety First Inc. Training sessions and meetings as required;
- Research, develop and write findings to present to management and/or the client;
- Work with BDD & CEO to ensure all food safety content is informative
- Communicate with consultants and management team to inquire inquire on additional assistance they may need
- Provide constructive feedback

**Job requirements and qualifications**
- Minimum 3-6 years experience in a food manufacturing facility, in a food safety role (HACCP Coordinator, food safety specialist, or equivalent)
- M.Sc or phD in Food Engineering, Food Science and/ or Food Biotechnology is a must
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize and manage several projects
- Ability to multitask, working in several projects at the time
- Excellent computer skills (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint) and ability to conduct online researches
- Comfortable visiting different clients during the same week and possible two clients on the same day. Access to vehicle is a must
- Comfortable working independently and in a group setting
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
