Broccolini is a family-owned, single-source provider of construction, development and real-estate services. Our company caters to the industrial, commercial and residential markets in Canada. Recognized for our quality workmanship, innovative technology, open collaboration, and exceptional standards, we offer a one-stop approach to the planning, development and construction of remarkable buildings.

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator Intern to join our Montreal team for a 4-month term. The Project Coordinator Intern will assist our project management team in the overall planning, organization and coordination of our construction projects, situated in either the West Island or the downtown Montreal area.

More specifically, they will provide a high-level support in the tendering phase, will liaise with subcontractors to obtain pricing, update trade lists, coordinate and follow-up on plans and shop drawings, manage change orders and perform any other administrative project delivery functions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Engineering, or similar) at a post-secondary level and will have the following set of skills and competencies:

- Above standard time-management, organization and analytical skills, results-driven
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, oral and written
- Previous construction experience is an asset
