Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed accurately and timely
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to support project execution
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and deliverables
- Assist in construction estimating and budgeting tasks
- Support the team in utilizing tools such as Quickbooks and Excel
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in project coordination or related field preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Quickbooks, Invoice Simple and Excel
- Familiarity with construction/ landscaping estimating processes
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
