**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Reporting to the Director, Innovation, you will provide direct support for the entire Innovation function by coordinating and executing a variety of efforts.

**Interactions within the ecosystem**
- Maintain a master list of recurring meetings, and prepare the agenda, minutes and action items;
- Coordinate recurring meetings with proptech funds, internal teams and other stakeholders within the Innovation ecosystem, taking into account team members’ schedules;
- Attend strategic and project meetings, and record the minutes;
- Follow up on action items between meetings;

**Innovation provider database and team documentation**
- Coordinate contact with potential providers for the Innovation team, based on strategic intelligence and business outreach;
- Organize demos by innovation providers and liaise with the Procurement team to jointly establish evaluation criteria, compile results and make recommendations;
- Attend meetings with innovation providers and use the information to update the database documenting all business outreach efforts;
- Manage team documentation on solutions, concepts and providers; help organize the team’s own strategic intelligence as well as information from the rest of the organization;
- Follow up with innovation providers as needed and coordinate action items with internal teams to arrange trial periods or pilot projects;

**Project coordination, internal and external innovation challenges**
- Help plan and execute operations to meet organizational challenges with regard to innovation and other initiatives aimed at strengthening the culture of innovation;
- Work with internal teams such as the IT and Procurement groups to ensure the best possible support for projects and programs at the execution phase;
- Monitor project deliverables outlined in established timelines;

**Innovation reporting**
- Compile information on innovation project KPIs;
- Contribute to putting an information gathering plan in place; coordinate results of innovation metrics (impact of efforts on corporate culture, communications, operations and strategy) and update the dashboard accordingly;

**Events**
- Contribute to brainstorming and developing recognition activities and other events, and coordinate the corresponding logistics;
- As part of the event planning process, work with the Communications team to identify needs and expectations, and develop implementation plans, complete with schedules, costs, responsibilities, key contacts and any other information critical to the event’s success;
- Liaise with external suppliers as appropriate;

**Innovation budget management**
- Coordinate budgeting and budget monitoring;
- Help manage the Innovation budget, particularly as it pertains to project execution, and process the corresponding invoices;
- Liaise with the Procurement and Legal Affairs team; help monitor procurement policies and processes; build on existing contractual documentation.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Postsecondary diploma in project or construction management, commerce, communications or another relevant discipline;
- Three or more years of relevant experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines and simultaneously meet the needs of multiple clients;
- Proactive, dynamic, creative and innovative;
- Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills;
- Excellent team spirit: ability to work in a collaborative environment, and willingness to lend a hand with various team tasks;
