The NCT Operations Project Manager is responsible for operational execution of all contractual aspects of Niagara College’s Public Private Partnership (PPP) portfolio, which includes Niagara College - Toronto (NCT), to achieve annual enrolment, revenue, and quality assurance/compliance targets.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Responsible for the development and execution of all NCT operational activities to achieve annual enrolment and revenue targets.
- Create and maintain an efficient, sustainable, and replicable operational model to meet growing operational demands.
- Work closely with the respective key internal stakeholders including the Centre for Academic Excellence, International Student Services, International Admissions, Enrolment Services, among others to design, implement, and monitor quality assurance and compliance frameworks.
- Act as a central point of communication with partner institutions, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high-level understanding of contract requirements and any approved amendments.
- Develop and manage proposals, contracts and agreements along with all supporting requirements to fulfil Ministry directives and requirements.
- Prepare written material, presentations and reports required to fulfil contract and departmental goals including: internal, Board of Governors, Ministerial, and any other as required
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive administrative and financial reconciliations (accounts payable, student-level charges, etc.) as well as invoicing to meet contractual obligations.
- Design and manage dashboards to monitor enrolment and publish metrics that highlight enrolment trends.
- Attend and participate in relevant on-campus events, meetings, and activities at NC and NCT, representing the College’s best interests and priorities with integrity and professionalism at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Three (3)-year Diploma/Degree in Business/Commerce, Project Management, and Global Development or a related field
- A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience managing educational projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of postsecondary education (international and/or domestic)
- Strong management, communication, and negotiation/public relation skills
- Project and budget management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A proven ability to work in an inter-disciplinary and multicultural team environment.
- High level of proficiency using project management and customer relations management (CRM) software tools. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.
- Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills to create process documents, memos and policies.
