The Project Coordinator is a focused, well organized and proactive individual. The Project Coordinator is responsible for gathering all information required to successfully coordinate, layout, fabricate and deliver the final product to the customer on schedule, without errors and on budget. This involves: planning, coordinating, delegating and assigning tasks and duties to the other project team members and following up to ensure Schedule, Quality and Cost objectives are fulfilled.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical aptitude and knowledge of basic building sciences and typical construction details
- Self motivation and strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
- The ability to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines
- The ability to read and understand Architectural, Mechanical and Structural drawings
- Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD; XL; Word; Outlook and Adobe PDF
- Customer service skills and the ability to be persuasive, encouraging, motivating while problem solving and to represent Ten Plus in a positive and professional manner
- Good numeracy, writing and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal and team working skills
- Overtime may be required to meet specific deadlines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In conjunction with the Production Manager, develop a detailed project plan and schedule including all work flow processes, phases and dependencies. This must incorporate administrative tasks such as ensuring that we have a duly executed Contract or Purchase Order, the submission of closing documents, shipping documents and invoicing.
- Read the Project Specifications and compare them to the Sales Work Order to ensure that there are no discrepancies, omissions or incompatibilities with Ten Plus standards or generally acceptable practices.
- Meet with Salesperson and Project Coordinator, as required, to ensure you have a complete understanding of all that is required on the project including any special conditions and details prior to commencing Shop Drawings and or Fabrication Layouts.
- Where installation is involved, it shall include the installation process including soliciting installation pricing and awarding the contract to the Installer, the obtaining field dimensions, managing the installation process and conducting site inspections to ensure that the product is being installed per the shop drawings and in a manner that best represents a high level of quality that Ten Plus defends.
- Create a list of tasks and responsibilities for each Project Team member
- Ensure shop drawings and all required samples are submitted for approval
- Submit all required documentation including but not limited to: Safety policy; WSIB forms; Form 1000; warranties and maintenance manuals.
- Follow up on all submissions and obtain all approvals and field dimensions
- Maintain good communication with the customer, the production team and the Salesperson Document and distribute all communications to the appropriate parties.
- Monitor and manage project changes and its implications as it relates to cost and fabrication schedule - advise Salesperson and Production Manager of all changes.
- Schedule follow up meeting as required
- When required, perform a quantity take off on the contract documents and submit it to sales for estimating.
- When required, complete shop drawings and or project layouts
- Plan, set up and monitor all shipping arrangements through to fulfillment.
- Purge and file all project documents (hard and soft copies).
- Perform other miscellaneous job related duties as assigned

Although the foregoing attempts to enumerate each and every skill, qualification duty and responsibility, such list could never be complete. Given that this is a dynamic position, it is important to demonstrate focus, dedication and commitment. Good judgement is always necessary and expected. When challenged with a problem or circumstances, beyond your understanding or responsibility, good judgement dictates that you ask your direct supervisor or member of the management for direction.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
