**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality & Facility Team Member. This position is key to ensuring that our members and guests have an outstanding experience, whether they are working in our space or attending one of our events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reception Duties:_
- Greet members and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide information on memberships and guide potential members through our space, explaining services and benefits.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are clean, organised, and inviting.
- Operations & Facilities:_
- Open and close the space, following established procedures.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Coordinate with external vendors and teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Event Support:_
- Assist with setting up furniture, AV equipment, and other event-specific arrangements.
- Provide bartending and serving services during events, ensuring a high level of hospitality.
- Work closely with the Events Manager to execute events, ensuring member and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organised environment during and after events.
- Cleaning & Maintenance:_
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including washrooms, kitchens, private offices, and common work areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, garbage and recycling collection and other tasks as assigned.
- Ensure all spaces are tidy and well-organised for members and guests.
- Regularly inspect and restock washrooms and kitchens, ensuring supplies are available.
- Address any immediate cleaning needs that arise during the day to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Experience with hospitality, bartending, or event setup is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment as needed for event setup.
- Must work well independently and as part of a team.
