Description du poste
**What your day to day will look like**:

- Support corporate policies by enforcing rules and regulations within the district;
- Act as a mentor to the store managers and staff members;
- Monitor the performance of managers and staff members in the region to ensure that they are achieving monthly objectives and desired results;
- Manage the day-to-day operations including resolving customer complaints;
- Review the performance of managers and staff members to ensure they are meeting their goals and acting responsibly;
- Monitor the loss and prevention reports of each store in the region;
- Act as a liaison between Head Office, stores and customers;
- Ensure proper management of merchandise at each location;
- Address any violations of company policies or local legislation;
- Any other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience in retail, more specifically as a Manager of multiple store locations or District Manager;
- High level of initiative, autonomy, and entrepreneurship;
- Ability to be an effective leader;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Bilingual required, English and French (written and verbal).
