Boshart Industries is currently looking to fill the position of R & D Administrative Assistant. The R & D Administrative Assistant supports the R & D department in the development of technical information including, product data sheets, and knowledgebase articles. They work in collaboration with the Marketing team to improve and update existing catalog and website information.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Processes administrative requests and queries
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes when required
- Provide Sales team with technical support for customers through our knowledge base site.
- Assist the Marketing team with preparation of product technical data sheets, installation instructions and training materials as required
- Actively increase product knowledge by reviewing existing training materials
- Assist with the development of new training materials such as knowledge base articles, blogs and webinars
- Organizes and schedules appointments for the Research & Development team
- Develop familiarity with ERP system to perform necessary functions of role

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to read, understand, and communicate technical documentation
- Attention to detail specifically in writing and reviewing technical documents

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, In Design and Photo Shop
- Microsoft Excel and numerical analysis skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- University or College diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience in technical writing, planning, and project management.

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in technical writing, planning, and project management.

**SHIFT**: Office Hours - Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
