**Medical Assistant (Donor Technician)**

At Prometic Plasma Resources we collect high-quality source plasma that is a vital ingredient in Prometic’s life-saving plasma protein drugs. With every donation collected at our centers, we are able to contribute to the creation of potentially life-saving products that would otherwise not be available. **Medical Assistants (Donor Technicians) contribute to the team by**:

- Welcoming the donors and assessing them for suitability in the various plasma/blood programs in accordance with regulations, corporate policies, and customer specifications. This role plays a vital role in maintaining a “smooth donor flow” that ensures a positive experience for each donor.
- Assisting with product processing of blood and plasma units by maintaining product and sample inventories in an orderly manner, and by completing accurate documentation for all products collected.
- Maintaining a positive company image through professional behavior and appearance and ensuring prompt and friendly customer service.
