The **Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis **will be responsible for supporting the Chief Business Officer & Head of Strategy in managing monthly budgeting and reporting (including oversight of bookkeeping and reconciliation activities), building, maintaining and communicating multi-year forecasts, and engaging with the leadership team, stakeholders and relevant partners in providing oversight of Dr. Bill’s P&L. You will work closely with Dr. Bill’s Senior Management Team, strategy and project management teams, and functional colleagues. You are responsible for transforming Dr. Bill’s business strategy into a comprehensive financial plan and operating budget. Most importantly, you are excited to contribute meaningfully to the team and Dr. Bill’s key priorities.
- Support Dr. Bill’s growth through oversight of the company’s strategic direction and financial performance
- Produce thorough, accurate and timely budget and expense management reports for the organization
- Support the annual budgeting process including analysis and review of financial information and its impact on the business
- Analyze and interpret financial information for planning and control purposes
- Lead the preparation of financial analysis, including building of company forecast models, assessment of synergies/dis-synergies, valuation analysis and other ad-hoc analysis as required
- Assist in the execution of day-to-day Dr. Bill transactional operations, including overseeing the bookkeeping function and reconciliation process
- Prepare thoughtful analyses and recommendations on financial performance to the Dr. Bill leadership team and other senior RBC team members
- Interact with senior RBC business leaders and external stakeholders

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**
- Honours-level University degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Math/Accounting or similar field
- 5+ years experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or a similar field, preferably in a financial services organization, accounting firm or start-up
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including valuation analysis
- Very strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders within a large organization
- Ability to execute initiatives quickly and effectively with limited oversight from leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A CFA, CPA or CA designation is preferred
