**About this role**

We are recruiting for an **IT Manager** to join our Burnaby office. Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

Reporting to the Director, IT this position is responsible for delivering key technology projects and priorities for the business. The IT Manager will ensure that IT resources are sufficient and available to meet the organization's strategic growth and efficiency.

**Your responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the operations of organization's information systems
- Facilitate the development, configuration, implementation, operation and administration of computer systems and software
- Prioritize work activities for the IT group to maximize the use of resources
- Work with consultants, vendors, and technology specialists to manage and implement projects
- Manage Helpdesk tickets and ensure IT staff are available and qualified to troubleshoot issues
- Support IT team development through delegation, coaching, mentoring and annual performance reviews

**Your experience and skills**
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Degree or Diploma in a technology related field
- 5 years' proven experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team
- Ability to take direction from your supervisor, follow through on plans, and communicate statuses
- Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, operation and administration of computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
- Experience with Oracle JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint and Procore preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
