You will play a critical role overseeing our service department and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of technical service to our clients. Responsible for Managing our Service Technicians and collaborating with team members to ensure we are working at the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Position Title**: Cambridge Service & Rentals Manager
**Direct Subordinates**: Cambridge Service Technicians
**Direct Supervisor**: Cambridge Operations Manager

**Job Description/Requirements**:

- Manage day to day operations of Cambridge Service and Rentals department
- Manage and provide guidance, training and support to a team of service technicians to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with scheduling service and rental activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs and calibrations
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and assistance
- Collaborate with Purchasing team to ensure adequate inventory
- Maintain inventory control systems for the Service department
- Manage accurate shipping, receiving, and transferring of rental equipment
- Adhere to industry standards and regulations, as well as company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
- Document installation process and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Review and verify Service and Rental billings in accordance with company standards
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and any additional company software
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers
- Display team effort and dedication to customer
- Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of customer issues
- Strong organization, along with attention to detail & accuracy
- Must be able to deal effectively and courteously with both internal team members and external customers
- Ensure all service technicians work in accordance with company standards
- Conduct periodic meetings with staff as needed
- Conduct regular staff reviews in accordance with company standards
- Issue disciplinary measures as required
- Order shop supplies as needed

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
