**What you’ll do**:

- Curate learning solutions and knowledge resources that align with adult learning methodologies and are accessible to a wide learner audience
- Evaluate and evolve our existing learning offerings to ensure that we continue to move the needle on learning effectiveness
- Write communications, plans, and other internal content related to GFL learning programs, products and experiences
- In partnership with the other Learning team members, define and implement a measurement and evaluation strategy that illustrates business impact, analyzes organizational gaps to identify training needs and opportunities for learning and development solutions
- Deliver traditional in-person training, webinars (live or pre-recorded), e-learning, or blended learning solutions through instructor-led approaches, demonstrations and workshops
- Develop quality learning content for remote and classroom training including lesson plans, participant materials, practical exercises, engaging activities, training handouts, e-learning, and evaluations
- Maximize employee usage of learning tools through content curation, best practices and the configuring of resources for ease of navigation and employee development
- Work collaboratively across the organization, at all levels, to establish and champion a culture of learning
- Evaluate the delivery and effectiveness of training initiatives and programs, measuring the impact of training on performance improvement. Amend program content or delivery based on feedback obtained
- Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and relevance of training services

**What you bring**:

- 5+ years of experience highlighting a combination of program management, instructional design, and facilitation
- Demonstrated ability to design highly interactive, meaningful learning experiences for diverse audiences
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills to work with a variety of partners across the organization
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills required for communicating to all levels within the organization
- A "how can we make this better?" mentality. You recognize that "flawless" is not an end state, and continually drive for program improvement
- Strong knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles and of a wide range of training methods, techniques and formats
- You have intermediate understanding of LMS operations and how to manage user enrolments and courses and pull reports
- Flexible and responsive, understand and adapt to change to provide the highest quality of service and to manage multiple priorities & deadlines
- Acts with diplomacy and tact when faced with obstacles
- Motivates and inspires others, with the ability to influence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour or Adult Education.
