As our business continues to grow, we are adding both full time and part time positions to our team with very flexible hours.

**What you'll do**:
As an Oil Change Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will help drive the continued success of GCOC by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicle serviced and safe on the road.
- Evaluate customers’ needs, working quickly and efficiently.
- Contribute to a fun team atmosphere.
- Master products, services, and company knowledge.
- Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- English fluency in reading, writing and speaking.
- Care about the customer experience as this job involves interaction with the customer 75% of the time.
- Take pride in the quality of workmanship as we are trusted to deliver a consistent experience.
- Have an open mind and willing to learn new procedures and processes.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team or independently.
- Be reliable, punctual and have a flawless attendance record.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and climb stairs.
- You can occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

We are located at 5 Main Street East, Milton, Ontario. Our hours of operation currently are:
Mon - Fri: 08:00am - 06:00pm

Sat: 08:00 - 04:00pm

Sun: closed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
