We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dealership.. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Service Management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Dispatch work to technicians and assist in various ways to ensure the work flow of the service department.
- Assist and train Service Advisors to ensure a high level of performance.
- Prioritize required services
- Lead and cultivate relationships with the Service team
- Meet or exceed department KPI's.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result

- 3+ years experience as Service Manager in automotive dealership
- Demonstrated knowledge of Service Dealership processes and best practices
- Demonstrated and proven Business Acumen in keeping with dealership strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and lead Service team
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
