Windsor, Canada Mihorens Automotive Service Full time

Mihorens is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Automotive Service and Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the service department operations, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Address and resolve minor staff issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Enhance overall customer service in person and on the phone
- Ensure compliance on all vehicles with applicable laws, regulations, and service centre policies.
- Be updated with industry trends and new products through continuous learning on vehicles and parts
- Write up work orders for all sales and service transactions and present them to the Technicians.
- Invoice all product and service sales once complete and process payment immediately.
- Monitor all service activities to ensure work is completed on a “first in - first out” basis and that it is completed in a timely manner.
- Complete product adjustments, including manufacturer claim forms, on a timely basis.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts, provided by the technician.
- Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimated or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed, and properly documents up-sell information on the hard copy and in the computer.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in an automotive industry is considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Computer literate
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
