**Support Saisonnier**

Relevant du gérant du magasin, le support saisonnier fournit une assistance aux membres de l'équipe et est responsable de tous les domaines énumérés ci-dessous. Il participe à toutes les tâches essentielles nécessaires au bon fonctionnement quotidien du magasin.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle en tout temps et maintenir les standards de la marque.
- Promouvoir l'image de la marque dans chaque interaction avec le client.
- Toujours démontrer une forte présence sur le terrain pour accueillir tous les clients et pour atténuer les problèmes de prévention des pertes.
- Guider les clients en leur fournissant des informations pertinentes pour assurer leur satisfaction.
- Interagir agréablement avec les clients et gérer leurs commandes en capturant les informations sur les clients, en réalisant et en traitant les transactions de vente.
- Fournir une assistance à tous les membres de l'équipe et à l'équipe de direction.
- Maintenir les normes du magasin et maintenir le merchandising au sein de la surface de vente en plus de l'organisation de l'arrière-boutique.
- Participer aux opérations quotidiennes du magasin pour une efficacité optimale (réception de la marchandise ; étiquetage, marchandisage, opérations POS, gestion des stocks, expédition et réception des colis etc.)
- Toujours assurer un niveau de professionnalisme lorsque vous répondez aux appels du magasin.
- Adhérer aux politiques et procédures de l'entreprise en tout temps.
- Participer à toute autre tâche connexe assignée par le superviseur immédiat.

- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de service à la clientèle
- Être orienté sur la satisfaction de la clientèle

Seasonal Support

Reporting to the Store Manager, the seasonal support provides assistance to the team members and is responsible for all areas listed below. They participate in all the essential duties necessary to the effective day-to-day operation of the store.

**What you’ll do**:

- Offer an exceptional client experience at all times and maintain the brand standards.
- Promote the brand image, in each customer interaction.
- Always demonstrate a strong presence on the floor to greet all customers and to mitigate loss prevention matters.
- Guide customers by providing relevant information to ensure satisfaction.
- Pleasantly deal with customers and handle the customers’ orders by capturing customer information, ringing and processing sales transactions.
- Provide assistance to all team members and the management team.
- Upkeep store standards and maintain merchandising within the sales floor in addition to the organization of back of house.
- Participate in the daily operations of the store for optimal effectiveness (merchandise reception; labelling, merchandizing, POS operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving packages etc.);
- Always ensure a level of professionalism when answering the store calls.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all time.
- Assist with any other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**What you’ll need**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to the ongoing pace of the store
