We are influencing the future of transportation by transforming the automotive experience to be one defined by software. The Ultifi diagnostic team is responsible to maintain the integrity of the compute and controller solution over the life of the vehicle.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, System engineering, Mechatronics or related technical degree
- Familiarity with integrity-based diagnostic design principles, FMEA and systems thinking
- 4-7 years of job-related experience in requirements development, software development, integration, verification or testing, or implementing ISO 26262 and ASIL standards.
- Experience in both controller hardware and software development issue resolution.
- Experience managing a complex project with ongoing deliverables and prioritizations.
- Experience with programming languages (C/C++) and operating systems (Linux)

**Additional Job Description**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Knowledge of Classic/Adaptive AUTOSAR (highly preferred)
- Knowledge of OBD systems
- Experience with Automated Driving Systems
- Knowledge of uProtocol
- Experience in IT industry (communications, phone, computer, etc.)
- DFMEA training and DFSS Certification
- Software Controls/wiring and electronic validation experience
- Analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
