Data Entry Specialist

**DAILY FUNCTIONS**:_
- Work in conjunction with Controller and Senior Accounting Personnel
- Assist and oversee the accounting and data compilation of various jobs and divisions - Payables, Payroll, purchase orders, change orders, reports and analysis
- Contribute to the purchasing/ordering for certaion projects - work closely with coordinators and act as the accounting point person for check and balances on paperwork and protocol.
- Invoicing for projects - deal with billings and invoice details with the project manager and coordinator.
- Purchase order entry, locates and in-charge of travel accommodations for field and subcontractor staff.

**_REQUIREMENTS: _**
- Experience in Accounting and/or Adminstration
- 3 to 5 years.
- Significant exposure to finance and some construction.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, willingness to learn and also adapt to changing environment.
- College/University Level Education - preferably background in some of the following - accounting, finance, economics or estimating.
- understanding of Jonas Premier, MS Project and Excel a plus
