Tri City Ready Mix Ltd. (a division of Brennan Paving) is one of the leading suppliers of Ready Mix Concrete in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding area. Sectors that we serve include Residential, Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial, and more. We are a proud piece of the Miller Concrete network of Plants throughout Southern Ontario.- As a Crusher Operator, You Will:
- Safely and efficiently service and operate crushing equipment
- Perform routine maintenance of machinery (some mechanical experience preferred)
- Promote safety awareness; follow company policies & procedures, health, safety, and environmental
- Act in accordance with OH&S Legislation & Practices
- Perform general labor duties, such as shoveling in and around the belts and crusher
- Travel with the portable crusher to assigned work locations
- What You'll Bring:
- Previous crushing experience considered an asset
- Must have a valid G driver’s license
- Mechanically inclined, perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Effective communication skills and be a team player
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
- Capable of working independently when needed
- Promoting a positive and safe work environment in a physically demanding and fast paced work environment
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
