Our Honda store in Yarmouth is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team

The Opportunity:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Service and Sales departments with various tasks such as:

- Daily Bank Deposits
- Creating and maintaining files for new and used vehicles
- Front desk coverage
- Lot organization
- Ingoing and outgoing mail
- Showroom and boardroom organization
- Delivering paperwork to the DMV
- Account management
- Fueling / cleaning of vehicles

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You pride yourself on your excellent customer service skills. You are able to adapt quickly to situations and are always willing to jump in and help out Having a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record is required.
