- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory accuracy, assist in inventory management, place product orders and process in store and online sales
- Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing store environment

- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in childcare or ECE is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software, including online platform
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong skills in social media, marketing, and graphics as well as proficiency in Microsoft office programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
