Job Title: Assistant Manager

Join MK Westcoast Floors Ltd. as an Assistant Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
