We are looking for a Workplace Experience (Office) Administrator who will support our Workplace Experience team. In this role, you will support all aspects of our our physical office experience at HelloFresh Canada’s HQ in downtown Toronto. Reporting to the Associate Director, People, you will act as a friendly and knowledgeable ambassador of our physical space to our team members and visitors to ensure a consistent and excellent employee experience.

- _This role is 20 hours per week over 4 days - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday_
- _There may be an opportunity for additional hours based on business need and availability _
- _This is a 100% in person role - meaning you will be required to come to our office downtown Toronto for all scheduled hours._

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for
- Support with reception duties as needed, including welcoming employees/guests, mail and shipment delivery, and distribution of materials to staff
- Ensure our physical office is maintained, including all meeting rooms, common areas, kitchens, and work spaces
- Restock all staff kitchens with beverages, snacks, etc on a daily basis
- Support with activation and deactivation of key codes
- Answer questions and provide assistance to team members related to the physical office
- Assist Workplace Experience Coordinator with supporting in-office requests via our ticketing platform
- Assist Workplace Experience Coordinator with new hire material distribution - IT equipment, swag, etc
- Assist Workplace Experience Coordinator with our in-office employee experience, including in-person employee engagement events, departmental events, and internal communications
- All other duties as assigned

- Previous experience in Office Management, Office Administration or Customer Service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and independent work style
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excitement to work in a physical office environment and create a great experience for our team members
- Willing and able to lift up to 40lbs
- Has experience standing for prolonged periods of time

Working Conditions

It’s no surprise that as a food company, we use many ingredients that may be considered common allergens (i.e. peanuts, tree nuts, milk, etc.).
