**About Clearspace**

Our mission at Clearspace is to **make better spaces available to more people**. We are disrupting the commercial real estate industry by reimagining how offices are designed, built and delivered. As a construction-tech startup built by a group of industry outsiders, we have developed solutions to materially reduce the cost of and simplify commercial construction. We work with Canada's largest landlords and have been involved in a number of Toronto's largest office transactions. You’ll work with an incredible team of smart, driven individuals to re-think how office space is delivered. Join us, as we change an industry and make awesome workplaces accessible to more companies.

**About the Opportunity**:

- As part of our business development team, you will be working directly with our VP of Sales and acquisition team to help win projects.
- Our Workplace Consultants work intimately with clients to gather their requirements and find the right solutions. These solutions are presented in a plan and estimate that help us move a deal forward.
- You will play a crucial role in creating innovative and functional work environments for our clients and setting our design and construction teams up for project success

**About the Deliverables**:

- Play a key role in closing new deals and hitting our sales goals
- Guide clients through different options and solutions to develop a plan and estimate that meets their needs and goals
- Coordinate with our planning team to develop layouts and engineer solutions that work for our prospective clients
- Ensure projects are successfully transitioned from our sales team to our delivery team (project managers, construction, engineers, and designers)
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure design concepts are executed effectively and meet client expectations.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, culture, and workspace requirements

**About You**:

- You have experience in interior design, workplace planning, and workplace strategy within the commercial office industry.
- You are amazing at managing clients. You‘re a good listener who likes to take a consultative approach.
- You have a strong understanding of workplace design, workplace products, and the design & build process
- You enjoy finding solutions, are detail oriented, and really organized
- You are a strong communicator

**About The Way We Work**

An inclusive working environment and a vibrant company culture are at the heart of Clearspace.

These values describe who we are as Clearspacers.

**Integrity First** - We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
