**Responsabilités**
- Effectuer une prospection proactive et des activités de génération de leads pour construire un pipeline solide de clients potentiels.
- Qualifier les leads grâce à des questions efficaces et une compréhension des besoins des clients, en veillant à ce qu'ils correspondent aux offres de produits ou de services de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de vente pour obtenir des informations sur les marchés cibles, les profils des clients et les opportunités commerciales émergentes.
- Programmer et coordonner les rendez-vous pour les représentants commerciaux, facilitant la transition des leads qualifiés vers le processus de vente.
- Surveiller et évaluer en continu les tendances du marché, les activités des concurrents et les retours clients pour adapter et affiner les stratégies de génération de leads.
- Tenir des registres précis et à jour des interactions avec les leads et les prospects dans le système CRM de l'entreprise.
- Fournir des retours réguliers aux équipes commerciales et marketing sur l'efficacité des efforts de génération de leads et suggérer des axes d'amélioration.
- Rester informé des évolutions de l'industrie, des mises à jour de produits et des offres concurrentielles pour améliorer la connaissance des produits et l'efficacité commerciale.
- Démontrer un engagement à atteindre et à dépasser les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) liés à la génération de leads et à la conversion.

**Exigences**
- Expérience avérée en tant que Représentant en Développement des Ventes ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d'un environnement de vente ou de développement commercial.
- Compréhension solide des principes de vente et capacité à articuler efficacement les avantages des produits ou services.
- Mentalité axée sur les résultats avec un historique de réalisation ou de dépassement des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) liés à la génération de leads et à la conversion.
- Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et d'autres outils de vente pertinents pour gérer et suivre efficacement les leads.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, notamment les ventes, le marketing et le développement de produits.
- Proactif et motivé, avec un fort sens de l'initiative et la capacité à prospérer dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps, avec la capacité de prioriser les tâches et de respecter les délais.
- Connaissance de l'industrie et des tendances du marché, avec la capacité d'adapter les stratégies aux dynamiques changeantes.
- Un diplôme de baccalauréat en affaires, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe est préféré.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs, ensuring alignment with the company's product or service offerings.

Collaborate closely with sales teams to gain insights into target markets, customer profiles, and emerging business opportunities.

Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales representatives, facilitating the transition of qualified leads into the sales process.

Continuously monitor and assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt and refine lead generation strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and prospects in the company's CRM system.

Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and suggest areas for improvement.

Stay informed about industry developments, product updates, and competitive offerings to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Demonstrate a commitment to achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role within a sales or business development environment.
