We are a premier Architectural Window covering company in Vancouver, BC, servicing all of British Columbia. We supply and install manual and motorized shading systems for hospitals, art galleries, educational facilities and residential and commercial towers.

**THE POSITION**

To work along with the Project and Estimating team with full-cycle execution of projects, as well as manage projects as delegated by the Sr. Project Manager; This will include estimates, takeoffs, schedules, shop drawings, purchase orders, specifications, order entry, and other documentation.

**SKILL SET AND EDUCATION**

Post-secondary education in business administration and/or industry-related field Construction/project management education preferred

Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically - confidence using spreadsheet software

Experience working with digital construction drawings (building/editing and interpreting them)

Duties
- Project Management and Estimation
- Implement and maintain project systems including policies, processes, and procedures
- Develop/maintain relationships with staff, clients, consultants, general contractors, trades, and vendors to foster new opportunities
- Set up projects in company systems and manage project documentation
- Prepare estimates, shop drawings, close-out documentation and schedules as directed
- Coordinate with the bookkeeper to ensure project billing is up to date
- Look for new opportunities to improve the company and move it forward.
- Provide inside sales support

**REQUIREMENTS**

Understanding of construction drawings and terminology is a must

Related post-secondary education or 3 years experience in a similar role

Minimum typing proficiency of 50 words per minute

Excellent computer skills

Full drivers license

This position will work closely with our Project Management and Estimating team. We encourage anyone with strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and computer skills to apply.

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

Our office and warehouse is located near Granville Island

The position is Full-time - Monday to Friday

Starting salary will be determined based on previous experience and qualifications but ranges from $65k-$85k

**After a 3-month trial**

Up to $10k pay increase

3 weeks vacation

Opportunity for Extended Medical coverage

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,890.67 per year
