**Role Summary**

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Canadian Dental Services & Davis Orthodontics. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to attract new patients, enhance brand awareness, and improve patient engagement.

**This is a full-time in-office position based at our Yonge & Bloor location in Toronto.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute digital marketing strategies**: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives of CDS - Davis.
- **Oversee organic and paid media**: Manage organic and paid media campaigns, including PPC and Meta advertising, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
- **Optimize SEO and content strategy**: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- **Manage organic social media**: Develop and maintain a consistent social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content and building a strong online community.
- **Create and manage assets**: Oversee the development and management of digital assets, such as graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- **Manage website**: Manage a network of clinic websites. Ensure websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
- **Implement CRM automations**: Utilize CRM software to automate marketing processes, personalize communications, and track customer interactions.
- **Analyze and report on performance**: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is an asset
