What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Protection of warehouse inventory, both physical and in system, leading to a goal of $0 inventory loss
- Always maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure field sales and operations needs
- Coordinating with managers for the timely procurement and channelized distribution of inventory
- Monitoring and optimizing the inventory turnover ratio
- Staging or overseeing the staging of daily equipment for installations
- Overseeing or carrying out the Loading and unloading of inventory
- Ensure all inventory information is entered into inventory tracking program
- Compile and complete purchase orders for new inventory
- Ensure scanning of all inventory both into, and out of, the warehouse
- Act as contact person for inbound warehouse requests from external departments
- Offer timely follow up and resolution to customers, contractors, and external departments inquires
- Perform Physical inventory and Cycle counts and reconcile to systems
- Provide reporting as required

- Must possess excellent mathematical and analytical skill sets

- Customer focused; skilled at interacting with both internal and external customers
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Computer proficient (MS suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Inventory Management System)
- Related industry experience would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task
- Required to lift and maneuver supplies up to 75 lbs and over with the assistance of material handling equipment
- Must have a valid class G driver’s license
