**What will your typical day look like?**

As an Inventory and Logistics Control Clerk, you will report to the Director of Operations. You will work with a cross-functional team, including account managers, technical support, and operations to grow sales and support the customer to ensure success and satisfaction.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Inventory**:Maintain and updates inventory records.**:

- Perform all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures.
- Reconcile inventories and make adjustments when necessary.
- Coordinate the quarterly physical inventory procedures.
- Recommend ideas and programs to improve the management of inventory.
- Maintain Non-Conforming records to accurately track recouped product and return saleable product to stock.
- Adjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and records.
- Ensure corrective measures to prevent discrepancies.
- Performs weekly cycle counts and adjusts systems as necessary.
- Kitting and de-kitting of components for production.
- Incoming Receiving: Receiving all inbound goods timely, accurately and with required inspection procedures and documentation.
- Counting all item pieces and ensuring quantity count of each order.
- Visual inspection of product to ensure product received is as expected.
- Ensuring that product on invoices, packing slips and purchase orders is accurate to product received.
- Receipt of product in SAP, including validating serials and scanning incoming paperwork.
- Outbound Product/Logistics **Shipping of all outbound goods with required documentation.**:

- Working with Logistics team for international orders.
- Responsible for all shipping within Canada.
- Wrapping, strapping, labelling and palletizing goods as required.
- Outbound product inspection.
- MRO / Production
- Assist with MRO and Production teams with inspections and data entry / administration.**About Our Team**

**Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You**
- Post Secondary education in Supply Chain/Logistics is an asset.
- At least 1 year experience in similar position, preferably in electronics hardware or OEM industry.
- Experience using ERP software such as SAP (preferred), Oracle, etc.
- Proficient with basic office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Google Suite)
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Experience in ISO/AS9100 workplace considered an asset.
- Ability to lift and move product up to 50lbs.
