The Order Entry Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the business from a data entry and quality perspective to ensure a smooth flow of store customer orders. The role will be responsible for inputting customer orders on behalf of our store network through exceptional administrative processing. This role will build relationships within the store network and create partnerships across several functional areas that are vital to the overall order process success of Mark’s Commercial. The Order Entry Coordinator must value efficient administrative support, pursuing opportunities to improve processing, and enjoy a fast-paced collaborative environment, all while providing exceptional experiences for our internal teams and customers.

**What you’ll do**
- Review orders submitted by stores for completeness and accuracy, checking against previously obtained information and customer programs as necessary
- Create and submit orders in the Mark’s Commercial order entry system within agreed upon timelines with mínimal error rate
- Provide confirmation to stores upon order submission
- Track store order submission error rates and provide reporting to management
- Coordinate activities with other functional areas to address product shortages or unavailability
- Inform stores of anticipated delays due to product shortages and replacement orders where product is no longer available
- Organize work with peers to prevent order entry duplication and track throughput
- Submit order cancelation requests in a timely manner as needed
- Actively provide input to key stakeholders focused on data integrity and quality to ensure optimal order throughput. Action individual takeaway items as required.
- Escalate issues requiring additional support to management and/or IT
- Compile and maintain order-related statistics and prepare reports for management/key stakeholders
- Bring process inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management and provide recommendations for improvement
- Other duties as assigned
- Execute and manage assigned work within allotted timelines

**What you bring**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an office, retail, or customer service setting
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX considered an asset
- Efficient and adaptable with excellent all-round administrative abilities
- Active problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, being proactive and flexible
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Bilingual (French/English) is a must.
- High School Diploma or Office Administration Certificate or equivalent
