Dorval, Canada Cardinal Health Full time

Cardinal Health, with over 1300 employees in Canada, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

The Operations Compliance Coordinator reports to the Facilities Supervisor and is responsible for compliance oversight for our distribution centers in Eastern Canada. This role will focus on planning, implementing, and overseeing of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training records for the site. If a gap is identified, this role will lead root cause problem solving and implement sustainable solutions.

This role is 100% on-site.

**_ Your Contributions to the Organization will be_**:

- Overseeing training, including tracking and maintenance of SOPs
- Partnering with Human Resources to lead the new hire and onboarding program
- Partnering with Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) to ensure training and record keeping for equipment and training is up to date
- Leading and coordinating self-inspections for critical trainings and SOPs
- Working with Leadership to support audits related to compliance and EH&S
- Processing of all invoices and follow up on unpaid invoices
- Helping lead root cause problem solving for compliance related investigations
- Supporting Human Resources and the Leadership team with miscellaneous reporting, tracking, and tasks

- You are passionate to learn EH&S and Quality Assurance standards to oversee site compliance
- You are well organized with strong attention to detail
- You have PC and system knowledge including intermediate to advanced MS Access, Power Point and Excel
- You’re able to work on a team with mínimal supervision
- You have completed a College or University degree, which is an asset
- You are bilingual

Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice de la conformité des opérations relève de la superviseure des installations et est responsable de la supervision de la conformité de nos centres de distribution de l’est du Canada. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste se concentrera sur la planification, la mise en œuvre et la supervision de tous les modes opératoires normalisés (MONs) et de tous les dossiers de formation de l’établissement. Si une lacune est décelée, cette personne veillera à la résolution des problèmes fondamentaux et mettra en œuvre des solutions durables.

**_ Votre contribution à l’organisation _**:

- Superviser la formation, ce qui comprend le suivi et la mise à jour des MONs.
- Coopérer avec l’équipe des Ressources humaines pour diriger le programme d’embauche et d’intégration des nouveaux employés.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe Environnement, santé et sécurité (ESS) pour assurer la formation et la tenue des dossiers relatifs à l’équipement et vérifier que la formation est à jour.
- Diriger et coordonner les auto-inspections relatives aux formations essentielles et aux MONs.
- Collaborer avec les dirigeants pour appuyer les audits liés à la conformité et à l’ESS.
- Assurer le traitement de toutes les factures et le suivi des factures en souffrance.
- Contribuer à la résolution des problèmes fondamentaux dans le cadre d’enquêtes liées à la conformité.
- Appuyer les équipes des Ressources humaines et de la direction en ce qui a trait à divers rapports, suivis et tâches.
