**Join our team**

The role of Specialist, Security and Trade Compliance will support Top Aces inc.’s Trade and Security compliance programs to ensure business activities align with the requirements of the following programs/regulations:

- Global Affairs Canada’s Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA)
- The US Department of State’s International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- The US Department of Commerce’s Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
- Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)’s Contract Security Program (CSP)
- Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)’s Controlled Goods Program (CGP)

By performing the following tasks while working in collaboration with the Director, Security and Trade Compliance:

- Perform verifications of transactions in company ERP
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training to internal functional groups
- Develop, and maintain internal policy and procedure
- Develop and maintain record keeping standards
- Develop and maintain an internal audit program

**Job Qualifications**
- A minimum of 5 Years of relevant Experience
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment and with minimum supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to deal with all levels of the organization and with external customers.
- Possess good judgement and the ability to resolve complex export related issues.
- Must be dead-line oriented and flexible and be able to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of aviation or aerospace would be a definite asset.
- Bilingual French / English
- Ability to hold and maintain - NATO Secret Clearance and Successful Controlled Goods Assessment
