WCT Industrial Inc. is currently recruiting an Office Administrator to work out of our Sherwood Park office. This is a part-time flexible hourly position with potential for full-time.
**Responsibilities**
- Entering timesheets on a daily basis
- Creating daily LEMs
- Compiling weekly payroll
- Complete monthly billing
- Manage driver logs
- Manage employee files
- Onboard new hires
- Contract manager sites (ISN Networld, ComplyWorks, Avetta, etc.)
- Other administrative duties

- Strong level of discretion, professionalism, personal ownership, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written with all levels
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills - ability to handle confidential information and work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple high priority projects
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
**Experience**
- Experience with time entry _(will be considered an asset)_
- Construction related experience
**This position is available to Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents only. This employer does not have an LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment) and is not eligible to hire temporary foreign workers.**
