**Job Summary**

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Program Manager who will be accountable for ensuring our proposals and ongoing customer projects requirements and execution are aligned with company objectives. The Program Manager is also accountable for commercial compliance during the project execution. These works involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project scope and timelines are effectively coordinated between the customer and Fibracast.

The Project Manager will work as an integrated member of the Fibracast team including but not limited to: Sales; Project leads and sub-disciplines; Production; Manufacturing; Finance, Sourcing and Logistics, and Health& Safety.

The Program Manager will also assist in maintaining and evolving our Commercial and Project delivery processes and tools for state of the art project delivery, meeting our corporate commercial objectives and compliance.

The Program Manager will also direct the day to day activities of the Project Coordinator as a well as fully backup their duties as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and minimize risk and exposure on project contracts from Proposal to final execution
- Maintain all project financial information in the Project Cost sheets. Lead the monthly reviews with Senior Management.
- Provide variance reports and explanations with the Project Leads.
- Tracking and issuing timely invoicing to our customers and payment of commissions.
- Preparing draft change orders entries in the PCS format for the Project Leads to facilitate better change order recovery.
- Monthly scheduling reviews to assist the Project leads and Project Coordinator to ensure the commercial information is aligned with the project schedules at all times.
- Assess and identify commercial risks and issues.
- Assist in all commercial disputes for both customer issues as well suppliers and vendor related issues.

**Education**
- University degree, College degree or 5 years’ experience of related work.
- Business or technical education with relevant experience.

**Skills**
- Contact review and risk mitigation
- Customer negotiations and dispute resolution
- Competency in Project Scheduling including commercial tools such as Microsoft Schedule or similar scheduling software
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and international logistics.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency with using VBA and advance Excel functions and features.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Valid passport or visa for unrestricted travel in North America and EMEA,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
