**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain general Helpdesk queues for Desktop and Telephony
- Windows Desktop administration and security updates
- IP Networking (TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLAN, DNS, DHCP)
- Administer and monitor the PBX phone system
- Monitor and maintain all wireless access points
- Monitor and maintain network printers
- Monitor and maintain Backups
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary graduate in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites/Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience with Mobile Devices (iPhone, Android)
- Experience with Malware/Anti-Virus Applications (Malwarebytes, Symantec, ESET, Microsoft Defender)
- Experience with Remote Management, Desktop and Server Management
- Experience with Desktop hardware issues and troubleshooting

**Salary**: $45,895.00-$60,924.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

require that all customers wear mask and handle with curbside pickup when available.

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
