The Customer care representative will be responsible for the guest experience in Fixed Operations. This will include after service follow up, identifying and working with Management on processes to better serve the guest along with documented resolution of any concerns. From time to time the customer care representative will be expected to assist with Service Advisor duties (including generating repair orders). Provide coverage and assistance to cashier as required.
